Abstract
Teams are prevalent in high-tech entrepreneurial organizations. As the team approach becomes more popular in these high growth organizations, entrepreneurs must try to improve interpersonal team effectiveness. This study demonstrates the importance of team composition in team effectiveness. Specifically, it shows that demographic traits and demographic heterogeneity influence team interpersonal effectiveness. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
