Abstract
Lear Corporation stands for the intersection of innovation and tradition within the electrically, autonomously, and sustainability-driven world. Based on our financial analysis of Lear using free cash flow projections, dividend valuation, and WACC modeling, we estimate the stock’s value at $140.28. Yet it seems that behind all those financial numbers there are so much larger questions: Can a 100-year-old automotive giant reform itself when consumer needs change rapidly, competition remains relentless, and regulators are under ever-increasing pressure? This analysis examines Lear’s financial strength and how it plans to adapt and grow amid ongoing industry change. In the end, Lear’s story shows what it might take to succeed in the global economy in the future: being flexible, resilient, and willing to think boldly, even when exploring industries that are struggling and going through change.
