Please use the Submit Research link (left sidebar) to upload the completed faculty award nomination documents for review.
The submission process consists of the following steps:
- Logging into the DigitalCommons@EMU system.
If you have an account with DigitalCommons@EMU, log in to the system.If you do not have an account with DigitalCommons@EMU, you will need to create one.
- Completing the submission form.
Note: Please use the nominee's name and the type of award in the title of the submission. (Sample title: Joan Smith - Research I Award) - Uploading the nomination packet.
All materials need to be in electronic format (MS Word, pdf, rtf). The system automatically converts the files into pdf.If the nomination packet consists of more than one file (part of the nomination file is in MS Word while the letters of recommendation are in pdf, for example), use the option to upload additional files to submit the rest of the packet.
If you encounter any problems uploading the packet, contact Julia K Nims (734.487.2507 or jnims@emich.edu).
Note: Make sure you have all the packet materials ready before uploading the nomination packet. Submissions cannot be appended or revised.
