Reasons for and against the use of the team concept in joint settings
An article briefly reviews the various forms of the so-called "team concept" approach to organizational change. It also identified the many reasons why the key players may be for it or against it. A true union-management effort to jointly develop and maintain a team-based organizational improvement effort must have the right motives to succeed.
