On May 1, 2026, the EMU community gathered at the historic Pease Auditorium to honor the achievements, cultures, and resilience of our diverse graduating class. Hosted by the Center of Race & Ethnicity (CORE), this annual celebration highlights the rich tapestry of backgrounds that make Eastern Michigan University a vibrant place to learn and grow. This year’s ceremony featured cultural performances, keynote speakers, and the presentation of multicultural stoles to our domestic and international graduates.
