Abstract
© 2019. The overall purpose of the study was to compare the mean Assessment Technologies Institute Comprehensive Assessment test scores between students taught using collaborative testing (CT) versus those using traditional pedagogy. A descriptive, comparative, and nonequivalent study design of 35 baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in the last nursing essential course. The finding showed that CT has short-term benefit on retention; however, it does not improve long-term retention among nursing students.
