Abstract
Interest in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) has increased significantly over the past decade. However, many current mid-career professionals may lack formal training in this increasingly important area. In order to determine the degree of international HR training current Human Resource Managers posses, a Midwestern Human Resource professional association was surveyed. Respondents were asked both about their training and their interest in International HRM. Based on the results of the survey, recommendations for expanding coverage of this topic in credit and non-credit courses are offered. Lastly, faculty options for personal growth in this area are provided. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
