Description
Maria Milletti is a chemistry professor at Eastern Michigan University. She has worked at EMU for more than thirty-five years and has mentored over fifty students for the Undergraduate Symposium. In her interview, Dr. Milletti discusses her educational experiences, the culture of the chemistry department, and how the Symposium has helped her grow as a mentor. She also describes how she prepares students for the Symposium and compares it to other conferences.
