Description
In this interview longtime Ypsi resident Asha shares their experiences with Ypsi Pride, noting that they had been going to pride events in Ypsi before Ypsi Pride was even established. They discuss the beauty of self-expression, Pride as a form of protest, unlearning harmful ideas from their Christian upbringing, and the reality that many queer people just want the option to be boring and non-political.
