Description
In this interview longtime Washtenaw County resident Marc shares their experiences at Ypsi Pride, noting that this is their first pride event ever. They discuss how queer history often gets overwritten/misinterpreted, how Ypsi feels like a tighter knit community than Ann Arbor, and how queer joy is pure, unadulterated, joy that comes from living as your true self.
